Three candidates were selected and accepted: from Australia, Germany, and Uganda, who confirmed their participation in October 2026.
The exchange programs in Israel in 2024 and 2025 were cancelled due to the war.

Association meetings:
Since 2023, the association has been holding hybrid meetings (Zoom and in-person) four to five times a year, including face-to-face meetings with participants upon their arrival in May and at the end of the training program.
A professional-cultural-social seminar of Mediterranean branches, which was planned to take place in Nicosia, Cyprus during a long weekend in March 2025, was postponed to April and ultimately cancelled at this stage due to cost and timing considerations.

International organization board meetings:
In 2026, a virtual meeting was held in April 2026, and an in-person meeting will be held in the United States.
In 2025, several international meetings were held, both virtual and at the conference in India.
Meetings were held in 2024 both virtually and in person in November in Morocco.
In 2023, meetings were held in person at the conference in Germany (June 2023).
Board meetings of the organization were held virtually in August 2021, April 2022, and October 2022.
